These terms cover your use of The Astro Diary. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service
The Astro Diary computes astrological charts and generates written readings from your birth data, plus tools like journaling, chat, groups, and reports. We may change or improve features over time.
Not professional advice
Astrology readings on The Astro Diary are for reflection, self-understanding, and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make are your own.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate birth data if you want accurate charts — 'garbage in, garbage out' applies to astronomy too.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to harass others or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid plan (Plus). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you choose (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you check out.
Your content
You own the content you create (journal entries, notes, saved people). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it to run the features you use. We don't claim ownership of your writing.
Availability and liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We work to keep it available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
