Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Settings with one click. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period, then drop back to Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your journal, chats, and saved people stay put. Locked features simply return to their free-tier state.
Do you offer refunds?
Email us within 14 days and we'll refund unused time on a yearly plan. Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancellable anytime.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any local method Stripe supports for your region.
Is my journal really private?
Yes. Journal entries are encrypted with a per-app key before they hit the database. The 'Want a reading?' pull decrypts only when you tap it, and only for the LLM in your own session.
